Return Policy

USABaseball offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns of merchandise in its original condition within 60 days of delivery. A valid proof of original purchase is required, all returned items must be in original condition, unworn, and include the original tags and labels. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please send your return package to the address below and include your order number and contact information so we can reach you if needed. We recommend using an insured shipping service like FedEx or UPS that provides tracking, and be sure to keep the tracking number for your records.

EXCHANGES

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, simply return the item you have for a refund and place a new order on USABaseballShop.com. This is the quickest and most efficient way to receive your replacement item.
