How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order ships from our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your order's tracking information. From there, you can click on the link provided to follow the current status of your package.

How do I update or cancel my order?

In order to update or cancel an order, please  email cs@usabaseball.com. Please include your first and last name, order number and the specific change(s) you would like to make. Please note that if your order has already shipped, we will not be able to make any changes.

What do I do if my package is lost?

If the delivery timeframe has passed and/or your order shows delivered and you have not yet received your package, we will be happy to work with the shipping carrier directly to resolve the situation. Please email cs@usabaseball.com with your order number and we will look into the situation and determine a resolution.

What do I do if I received the wrong item?

We apologize if you received an incorrect item and we will be happy to get this issue resolved. Please email cs@usabaseball.com with your order number and the name of the item that was incorrect and we will get the correct item shipped out to you immediately.

Payment Information

What methods of payment do you accept?

USA Baseball Shop accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. If you have any trouble with the payment process, please email cs@usabaseball.com and we will be happy to assist you further.

How do I use a promotion code?

All orders of $75 or more qualify for free ground shipping. This will be applied to your order automatically, there is no code needed. When there is a promotion that requires a code, enter the code exactly as it appears into the “Discount Code” box during the checkout process and the order will be adjusted to reflect the discount.


What is your return policy?

USA Baseball Shop has a 90 day return and exchange guarantee when valid proof of purchase is provided. All return and exchange items must be in original condition, unworn with original tags and labels. You will be refunded the exact amount you originally paid for the item(s). 

How do I return/exchange an item?

In the package you received, there should have been a ‘Returns & Exchanges Made Easy’ form. If not, you can find one here. Please fill this form out thoroughly and include it in your return package. All returns should be shipped to the following address:

How long does it take to process a return?

If returning an item, the refund will be processed 3-5 business days after we receive the return package. From there, the amount of time it takes for the refund to be applied to your account depends on the company you bank with. The typical time frame is 5-7 business days.

How long does it take to process an exchange?

If you are exchanging an item, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number once the new item ships. Pending that we have the item you requested in stock, the new item will ship within 3-5 business days from when we receive the package you sent back to us. If we do not have the item in stock, we will reach out to you directly.

How do I order an item that is not available?

If we are out of stock of an item and you are interested in purchasing it when/if it becomes available, please email cs@usabaseball.com and we will return your message regarding the time frame in which it should be available again. Please note that some items are limited and we do not always re-order every item you see available.

Can I place a team order?

USA Baseball does not currently accept team orders.


What are the shipping costs/methods?

All orders over $75 receive free domestic ground shipping.

We offer two different methods of shipping:

  • USPS Priority Shipping - $8.00 flat fee.
  • Guaranteed 2-Day Shipping - $30.00 flat fee.

When will my order ship?

USA Baseball Shop’s Fulfillment Center is open from 9am-5pm ET Monday through Friday and on select weekends. Most orders ship within one business day. You will be notified via email when your order ships.

How can I update my shipping method?

To update your shipping method, please contact us at cs@usabaseball.com. Please note that if your item has already left our warehouse, we will not be able to update your shipping method.

Do you ship to Canada or internationally

USA Baseball Shop does not currently ship to addresses outside of the US. Please note, we welcome orders from APO/AE addresses.
