Order Information

Once your order ships from our Fulfillment Center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your order's tracking information. From there, you can click on the link provided to follow the current status of your package.

After placing an order, you have a limited window to make any changes. To update or cancel your order, email orders@usabaseball.com with your first and last name, order number and details of the changes you wish to make. Please note that if your order has already been processed and shipped, we won’t be able to accommodate any changes.

If the estimated delivery time has passed or your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received your package, please email orders@usabaseball.com with your order number. We will investigate the issue and work to resolve it.

We sincerely apologize if an error occurred while fulfilling your order. Please email orders@usabaseball.com with your first and last time, order number and details about the incorrect item(s). We will promptly ship a replacement.

Payment Information

USA Baseball provides several payment methods for your convenience, including all major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo and Shop Pay. If you encounter any issues during the payment process, please email orders@usabaseball.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

All orders of $150 or more automatically qualify for free domestic ground shipping - no promo code is required. For promotions that do require a code, simply enter it exactly as shown in the “Discount Code” box during checkout, and your order will be adjusted to reflect the discount.

Returns

USA Baseball offers a 60-day return window. A valid proof of purchase is required. All returned items must be in original condition, unworn, and include the original tags and labels. You will receive a refund for the amount you paid for the item(s), minus any shipping costs.

Once your return is received at our Fulfillment Center, please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing.

USA Baseball does not currently accept team orders.

Shipping

Free domestic ground shipping on all orders of $150 or more.

We offer a few different methods of shipping:

  • Flat Rate Shipping - $10.00 flat fee.
  • UPS Ground - fee calculated based on your shipping address.
  • UPS 3 Day Select - fee calculated based on your shipping address.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air - fee calculated based on your shipping address.
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver - fee calculated based on your shipping address.

USA Baseball’s Fulfillment Center is open Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm ET. Most orders are shipped within one business day. You will receive a shipment notification email once your order has been shipped.

USA Baseball provides international shipping and accepts orders from APO/AE addresses.
